Our winter seemed to start the day after Christmas. I think it is my fault really, and here's why. Keith got an AWESOME penguin sled for Christmas from Mimi.(Michael's Mom) Now Keith has loved penguins since he was born it seems. We had NO snow on the ground and Michael and I had to explain to Keith that IF we get snow this year, he can use it outside. He said ok, and asked us to put the couch into a hill for him. The day after Christmas we got NAILED with snow. Probably 3 feet. The boys went out at 6am and measured. It was above our doors and Michael shoveled ALL DAY LONG.
After that we have had 3 other snow storms. Lots of snow this winter. Hopefully the groundhog will see his little shadow and we can return to the beach soon, but until then, we are sledding on mr. penguin. Keith loves the snow and asks to go out every day. Unfortunately he has to wait for Daddy to be home since George is too little to stay outside too long. Here are some pictures from our winter so far.
